Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your orders to be processed. Please NOTE that processing time does not include Shipping time.

Shipping of Cranial Hair Prostheses?

Please get in touch with us for a complimentary consultation as we require a virtual meeting, phone or Zoom, or in person before purchasing.

Due to the nataure and customization of your Cranial Hair Prostheses (medical wigs), production will take longer to prepare, and you must attend a final fitting.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping or express shipping.

("Website"). By placing an order through this Website, you will agree to the terms below. These terms are provided to inform you of fraud and agree to this arrangement to mutually protect yourself and Ada Leroux Hair from credit card and theft fraud.

Please NOTE for us to process your payment quickly, the billing name and shipping address must ”match” information on the credit/debit card. Any charges not meeting this criterion is automatically canceled.

Due to COVID, -19 Shipping and sourcing materials were delayed.

Please allow up to 3-5 business days of processing time for orders placed during business days which are Monday to Friday. We do not process orders on weekends or national holidays.  All Orders placed after 3:00 pm or on non-business days will be processed the following business day. 

Delivery times are based on the distance from our Atlanta, Georgia, office to your location.

All shipped orders are addressed to you, And you must be signed for them upon delivery.  Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information and updated tracking emails until your order has been delivered. Again, you must sign for the delivery of your package. This is required to protect your purchase and our business from fraudulent charges.

Please note it is 100% out of our company’s control once items are shipped to you. We do not assume any responsibility if USPS, FEDEX, and UPS mishandle or delay, lose, steal, or damage your package, as it is 100% out of our company’s control once items are shipped to you.
