We ask for your understanding and patience during this world wide pandemic as it’s causing delays in transit time. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your orders to be process. Please NOTE processing time do not include Shipping times.

At this time we do not offer international shipping or express shipping.

("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are terms are provided to make you aware of fraud agree to this arrangement to mutually protect yourself and Ada Leroux Hair from credit card and theft-fraud.

Please NOTE in order for us to quickly process your payment the billing name and shipping address must ”match” information on credit / debit card. Any orders not meeting this criteria is automatically canceled.

Due to COVID -19 Please allow up to 5-7 business days of processing time for orders if placed during business days which are Monday to Friday we do not process orders on weekend or on national holidays. All Orders placed after 3:00pm or on non-business days will be processed the next business day. 

Delivery times are based on the distance from our Atlanta, Georgia  office to your location.

 

All shipped orders are addressed to you And you must signed for it upon delivery.  Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information as well as updated tracking emails until your order has been delivered. Again, you must sign for delivery of your package this is required to protect your purchase and our business from fraudulent orders.

Please note it is 100% out of our company’s control once items are shipped to you., we do not take or assume any responsibility if USPS, FEDEX and UPS mishandles or delays, lost, stolen or damages of your package, as it is 100% out of our company’s control once items are shipped to you.

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our products. No refunds issued for custom made wigs, hair extensions, hair pieces. If you receive your wigs (stock only) or hair extensions and are not happy how they look or feel you may return them up to 5 days after delivery to us for your money back minus shipping cost. It is your responsibility to pay for return shipping cost.

Any wigs ( stock) hair extensions, hair pieces that have been altered sinced shipped to you i.e. the lace cut, washed, colored, tinted, tags broken, removed, missing or worn in any way will automatically VOID any refunds.

Hair must be in the original state ( see our Refund Policy) page the same as it was sent to you

We do not refund shipping charges and All customers must return all hair goods they purchase at there own expense. Second, upon receipt of hair goods not customized will be inspected completely before a refunds are issued.

For altered products ( Lace Cut on stock wigs, closures -frontal, the bundles wraps are broken or ripped, re-taped are unwrapped /wigs, hair pieces hair-extensions have been worn) all sales are final.

Refunds-If warranted  must be refunded to their original form of payment under no circumstances will exchange of goods will be provided. The items must be returned to us it must meet our quality control guidelines.

 Please send your request for refund ahairwigs@gmail.com upon receipt of this we will send you a return authorization number.Any products shipped back to use this without this number will void such request and sent back to you.

From time to time we may offer custom wigs and or hair pieces and those (wigs) are designed to fit the average head size which is 22 in. These are “still” considered custom wigs or hair pieces and are not eligible for refund. All hair goods that are on “ sale” is not eligible for refund.
