We ask for your understanding and patience during this world wide pandemic as it’s causing delays in transit time. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your orders to be process. Please NOTE processing time do not include Shipping times.

 A word about our hair we offer different quality levels of hair if you see in the description these words “ Raw” or, Indian, Russian, Premium  Hair” know that is our best high quality hair. Every effort will be made to match the texture but please remember is not always possible seeing that the hair is collected from many donors so their may be slight variation in color and textures. This will not be a valid reason to ask for a refund thank you for understanding.

Ada Leroux Hair will gladly accommodate returns within 5 businessdays of you receiving our all hair-extensions, stock wigs, and hair-care products that have NOT been custom made. Said items must not be worn, the product tags must bestill attached, the lace uncut, or opened, tampered with, has not be missing a label or worn. Please note due to the nature of custom orders all sales are final on any custom wigs, hair pieces and hair extensions you orders that are colored, cut, washed, installed, etc.

Please send your request for refund ahairwigs@gmail.com upon receipt of this we will send you areturn authorization number.Any products shipped back to use this without this number will void such request and sent back to you.

From time to time we may offer uniquely design custom wigs a.k.a “Limited Editions” collectionsthese may include hair pieces as well. This “ Limited Edition collection is sold as is usually comes in size medium wig cap 22 in. and is considered a custom item therefore it does not qualify for a refund.

Please send your request for refund ahairwigs@gmail.com upon receipt of this we will send you areturn authorization number.Any products shipped back to use this without this number will void such request and sent back to you.(wigs) are designed to fit the average head size which is 22 in. These are “still” considered custom wigs or hair pieces and are not eligible for refund. All hair goods that are on “ sale” is not eligible for refund.

 Our wigs stock or custom wigs, hair-extensions, hair pieces, that are sold online are NOT fully customized the images you see on our website are just ment to give you an idea how the hair could look on you. It is by no means an exact renderings of the color, or texture. All electronic devices render hair color and textures differently therefore will not offer refunds for variations in these areas. From time to time we offer sale items at reduced prices these are opportunities for you to purchase items from us. It’s our way of saying thank you for being a loyal customer and it’s our way of making room for our new items therefore these items are not refundable.


No refunds or exchanges will be issued on custom order wigs and other custom hair pieces.

We are not responsible for any shipping delays, damaged, lost, stolen packages please understand once you package leave our offices it is 100% out of our control. We encourage you to make arrangements for your packages to be delivered if you won’t be at home. Please verify that the shipping and billing address matches we will make very effort to reach you by cellphone, emails, and send you tracking information.

By placing an order at Ada Leroux Hair, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us. To initiate a return, please email ahairwigs@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line. Upon receipt of returned goods, Ada Leroux Hair has the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.

What is the Return Period?

  • Ada Leroux Hair will provide a refund on hair extensions, stock wigs and haircare products that have not been tampered with, opened or worn within 5 business days. No refunds issued on custom orders wig, hair-extensions, and hair pieces.

Do I have to pay for the return shipping cost?

  • Yes, All customers are fully responsible for their own return shipping cost. Ada Leroux Hair is not responsible for lost packages, so we recommend purchasing a tracking number. 

When will I receive my refund?

  • A refund will be provided in the original method of payment after we receive and inspect the item. Please note that most financial institutions will take an average of 3-7 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 14 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us. For more information, we recommend to contact your credit card provider.

Can I cancel my order before it ships?

  • Unfortunately, we cannot cancel any orders before shipping.

Can I return an open or worn hair products?

  • No. Human hair extensions, stock or custom made wigs, hair pieces are considered to be a hygienic product by law. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our customers.

Note : Our Customize wigs and hairpieces are ( special orders) and are "NOT" subject to refund as they are made to fit your order specifications .i.e. wig cap color & sizes, hair texture, color, and lenghts.
