Return Policy

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our products. If you receive your (non-customized wigs or toppers) and hair extensions and are not happy how they look or feel you may return them to us for your money back minus shipping. Any wigs, toppers, and hair extensions that have been altered, washed, colored, cutted, lace cut out, or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned. We honor this for up to 5 business days after purchase (5 days = date package left our facility to date return is received). Orders returned after 5 or more days will be sent back to the customer.

Please note due to natural of  custom design wigs and toppers  all sales are final and is not eligible for refund or exchanges. If for some reason you are not satisfied we will make effort to correct it.

All Hair goods must be in the original state the same with tags still attached and lace must be uncut as it was sent to you.

All eyelashes extensions are not eligible for refunds or exchanges

Not the style you were looking for and wanted to exchange to something else? No problem! Just send it back to us!

We do not refund shipping charges.

For altered products (bundles are unwrapped / extensions have been worn) all sales are final. We are a wholesale hair extension company and do not have large margins that might factor this into their retail pricing. This applies to both online and in-store purchases.

Clearance Products

All clearance products including special listings are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchange Purchases

All exchanges are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Custom Products

All custom wigs or toppers sales are final and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or returns. If you have any questions about these products please contact us directly first to make sure it is clear as to what you will be receiving.

Warning Any attempt to submit fraudulent orders will be canceled Immediately! Please verify your credit/ debit card info carefully before submitting an order with us. 

 

We are not responsible for any shipping delays, damaged, lost, stolen packages please understand once you package leave our offices it is 100% out of our control. We encourage you to make arrangements for someone 18 years or older to receive your packages  if you won’t be at home. Please verify that the shipping and billing address matches  your credit or debit card we will make every effort to reach you by cellphone, emails, and send you the tracking information.

Can I cancel my order before it ships?

  • Unfortunately, we cannot cancel any orders before shipping or delivery.
