Please note that due to the nature and personalization of medical cranial prosthesis.  All sales are final for any custom designed, made, and styled cranial hair prosthesis and are not eligible for refund or exchanges. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied, we will make every effort to correct it during the final fitting.

We are a medical wig provider, designing and creating cranial hair prostheses.

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our non-customized products; if you receive your (non-customized wigs or toppers) and hair extensions and are not happy with how they look or feel, you may return them to us for your money back minus a %15 restocking fee and minus shipping fee. Ready to ship in-stock wigs, toppers, and hair extensions that have been altered, washed, colored, cut lace out, or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned. We honor this for up to 30 business days after purchase (5 days = date package left our facility to date return is received). Orders returned after 30 or more days will be sent back to you.

Requirements 

An initial complimentary consultation is required before ordering cranial hair prostheses from us. The consultation can be virtual, by phone, or in person. Pior to purchasing a cranial hair prostheses from Ada Leroux Hair its your full responsibly to  verifiy of health coverage (payment) for your cranial hair prostheses. 

No exception, your final fitting appointment for your cranial prosthesis must occur in person. 

All sales are final for any custom designed, made, and styled cranial hair prosthesis and are not eligible for refund or exchanges. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied, we will make every effort to correct it during the final fitting.

Please note that due to the nature and personalization of  cranial hair prosthesis (medical wigs). ALL sales are final.

Ready to ship wigs, closures, frontal, and hair extensions.

All "other" Hair goods must be in the original state, the same in original packaging with all tags still attached, unworn, and lace must be uncut as it was sent to you.

All eyelashes extensions are not eligible for refunds or exchanges

We do not refund shipping charges.

For altered products (bundles are unwrapped / extensions wigs, toppers, have been worn), all sales are final.

Clearance Products

All clearance products, including unique listings, are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchange Purchases

All exchanges for non-custom items are Final Sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Custom Products

All cranial prosthesis ( medical wigs), including custom wigs or toppers sales, are final and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or returns. If you have any questions about these products, please request a complimentary consultation first before making a purchase first to make sure it is clear what you will be receiving.

 Please NOTE processing times do not include Shipping times. Please review the info concerning our shipping policy.

Warning Any attempt to submit fraudulent orders will be canceled Immediately! Please verify your credit/ debit card info carefully before submitting an order with us. 

We are not responsible for shipping delays or damaged, lost, or stolen packages. Please understand once your package leaves our offices, it is 100% out of our control. We encourage you to arrange for someone 18 years or older to receive your parcels f you aren't home. Please verify that the shipping and billing address matches our credit or debit card. We will try to reach you by cellphone or email and send you the tracking information.

Can I cancel my order before it ships?

• Unfortunately, we cannot cancel any orders before shipping or delivery.
