Ada Leroux Hair will gladly accommodate returns and exchanges within 5 business days of purchase on all hairextensions , stock wigs, lashes, and hair-care products that have not been worn, tags still attached, lace uncut, or opened, tampered with, has a missing label or worn. Please note that all sales are final any custom wigs and hair extensions are colored, cut, washed, installed, etc. No refunds issued on custom order wigs.

By placing an order at Ada Leroux Hair, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us. To initiate a return, please email with your order number in the subject line. Upon receipt of returned goods, Ada Leroux Hair has the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements.

What is the Return Period?

  • Ada Leroux Hair will provide a refund on hair extensions, lashes, stock wigs and haircare products that have not been tampered with, opened or worn within 5 business days. No refunds issued on custom orders wig. 

Do I have to pay for the return shipping cost?

  • Yes. All customers are fully responsible for their own return shipping cost. Ada Leroux Hair is not responsible for lost packages, so we recommend purchasing a tracking number. 

When will I receive my refund?

  • A refund will be provided in the original method of payment after we receive and inspect the item. Please note that most financial institutions will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us. For more information, we recommend to contact your credit card provider.

Can I cancel my order before it ships?

  • Unfortunately, we cannot cancel any orders before shipping.

Can I return an open hair products?

  • No. Human hair extensions, lashes, stock or custom made wigs are considered to be a hygienic product by law. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our customers.

Note : Our Customize wigs and hairpieces are ( special orders) and are "NOT" subject to refund as they are made to fit your order specifications.i.e. wig cap sizes, hair texture, color, and lenghts.
